Ohh what a pathetic experience, I booked a ola cab for my parents from shantinagar to kemfort shiva temple. I got a confirmation mail with the driver’s detail.
I tried calling the driver he did not respond in few seconds I got details of another driver I tried reaching the second driver he picks up the call and tells me to cancel the booking because he dint wanted to come to that location.and now I get the details of the 4th driver any how he agrees to come to shantinagar.
I tried explaining him the location gave him all possible landmark which took 20 minutes of my time finally I asked my parents to walk 1.5 km in the hot sun to reach the main road where finally the driver reached(i really don’t understand how does ola appoint a person as a driver when he does not know any route in the city) as soon as my parent boarded the cab he asked my father the way to shiv temple any how I tried explannig the route to driver over the call.
Then the cab driver thought he was not riding a indica but was driving a sports car he was over-speeding the car, he jumped all possible signals and when the cops tried stopping him he again over speed ed the car and ran away.
No No This is Not All.,
Now while returning I again thought let me again try my luck may be this time they would give me good service.
My friend booked a ola cab for my parents gain from Eco space park to shanti nagar, this time the cab came in 10 minutes time(appreciate it) my parents boarded the cab when they reached the destination this driver tell’s my dad the the meter( or whatever machine it is) is not working and they should pay him 300 rs.
My dad immediately called me and asked me what do I do he stated fighting whit my dad when he my daddy told him that this is wrong.
I finally spoke the driver and told him I ll not pay more then 150 or 170 if he does this I ll take him the police station.
So that’s my experience with OLA
Look Ola if this is the quality of your service, you guys are going to have tough time in the market.
