Hello guys I recently book a ola cab 1 month back when l had to go Delhi from Jalandhar.
I found that OLA CABS are bad online booking cabs as my experience with it was very bad.
I booked it for 4am morning on 25th July, 2018 for giving my entrance exam in Delhi. but it was late it came there 2 hours late.
When l asked them , the driver told me l ate food before came here. Guys customer are no important to them , they only make good amount of money and do not give full facilities to customer as they did to me.
We reached Delhi 3 hours late and unfortunately my exam was missed. I became very frustrated at time .From that date to now l did not book any OLA cab.
