I have been using ola cabs regularly for the past few months.
What I like about Ola is the promotional offers they come up with. However, the charges are too high compared to their competitor Uber. Also availability of the cabs is not upto the mark. The drivers take too long to arrive and usually don’t know the routes of prominent locations in Mumbai which is very surprising!
Overall, Ola is a convenient option compared to the local cabs in Mumbai.
