Hi guys there was an horrible experience for me while booking the OLA cab. In jaipur I had an exam so I have to reach the center 9 am and the time was 8 am. I booked the cab through my OLA app.
I waited for 10 min the cab was coming towards me when I called the driver. The cab was moving very slow. I called the driver again he picked up the phone and ask me to come there where he park the cab. The distance was 2 km. I asked him to come there where I stand but he said come here otherwise cancel the ride very rudely.
Then I left with no option to cancel it. Again I booked another ride and he came soon but he doesn’t know the route properly. I asked him to drive where I suggest because I knew the route better but he told no he will drive where the map suggest. After 20 min he ended up in a road and asked me to give him the money because he reached the location but he didn’t reached yet.
I have no option to give him money and run from there to the exam center. I got there after 15 min of exam commencement and I was unable to gave the exam.
It was very horrible and when I called ola care they just avoid the topic and asked me get refund and keep it in myself.
