In past few years I have live across cites of bhubaneswar and puri also I am a frequent visitors of channai.
All these places ola provides service.
I have experienced hell lot of issues with ola let it me mini, micro share of prime .
Majorly experienced once .
Driver has communication issue: drivers does not know the language and hence can’t be guided.
Driver does not know how to use GPS: HELL! driver know only the regional language and their GPS navigation is available only in English.
Driver does not know major city location : yes , I missed my flight because driver does not know whese is domestic terminus IGI.
Abusive drivers; if they ask you to cancal and say driver denied duty , they abuse you on call.
They cancel the cap say customer asked to me cancel : what I miss my timeline due to this crap at least once a week. Driver denies to reach your location: they ask you statement like .dquotes madam traffic haibquotes, dquotesroad achacha nahi haidquotes aapko road main aana hai to aao warna cancel karo dimang kharab mat karodquotes.in fact sometime they deny to drop you at your drop location.
Not accepting OLA money .
They disregard GPS and your route both and follow longer ruote specially at night time.
5+ 1 in a ritz and indica making it a horrible experience.
If you lost something in cap, you will never get it back.
They deny to refund you once recharged OLA money ( unlike other ewallets.
Any harassment during trip means they owe
