As per the title it is a complicated ! The thing is it’s a most used cab service as per the data ! Then comes to the fact why it is most used and it is most used why it’s complicated ! Am not sure if the word complicated is exact or I may lacking in vocabulary !
However the only cab service I used most ! May be am little biased as its IITB startup : p
Now coming to the point, it depend either on your good or bad day or your luck ! Yup that’s what ! But let’s give preference to majority !
So majority of the rides are ok ! Let’s say a 3-Star ! Actully the service of any ride service is majorly depends on the person who drives you to your place ! Yes you got it right ! It’s the Driver !
If the driver is good , obedient , and most important it arrives on time and follows proper routes ( as per gmap) Then surely its your ok drive !
But if a driver doesnt posses above aspects ! Mark it your ride should be blessed by God else it’s irritating !
But the most frustrating aspect of Ola rides is its rush hour fares ! How government allows it I seriously don’t understand ! Its simply taking advantage of people like us who have to rush at places in time !
There are many incidences with Ola, good and bad too ! But as I said it’s seriously depends on the person who picks you the driver !
Overall it’s neither reccomendable nor avoidable ! Try your luck !
