I wanted to share my extremely bitter and bad experience with OLA, Actually somehow I lost my OLA receipt and raised a request to OLA to provide me invoices for certain dates as I have to reimburse it and attached the invoices and also mentioned that please provide me ASAP because there is a fixed timeline for reimbursement submission in office so I request them number of times and called thousand of time but still they didnt provide me any status of my ticket and neither I received any response through email, even they always change there statement not only the executives but the escalation manager too.
I dont know what to do now as the reimbursement amount is quite high and nobody is replying me, its being more than 20 days to keep chasing them but its very disappointing and frustrating for a customers.
