This was a very innovative idea from ola to introduce ola autos. But an innovative idea does not necessarily guarantee good service. The same is the case with ola autos. while going home from tution I decided to book ola auto as I was tired. So I booked an auto from the app, but suddenly I got a message that your trip could not be confirmed, I tried again and got the same message, even after 3-4 attempts I was not able to book the auto.
After so much frustration of booking, I had to book a local auto which in turn proved better than ola auto, as I got home hassle free and approximately at the same cost.
