I lived in almost all the big Cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and finally Pune. And almost everywhere I use to go by Ola. I am very frequent user of ola cabs.
And in my opinion and experience of ola is good everywhere, earlier there were some issues with the drivers like training issues. But now a days it has improved drastically. Almost all the drivers I met are well trained and well behaved except 1 or 2.
Sometimes there is issues with language, because if you go to the city like Bangalore and Chennai they don’t know Hindi and english will not be good. So there’s are issues sometimes with locations also if driver dont know how to use the GPS. But drivers are helpful many times like I always make them wait for me. And sometimes they can adjust more people than capacity in the emergency situation if we request them. So they ate helpful for me at least.
overall service has improved now and I still prefer Ola.
