within minutes the cabs arrives(in my case 3 minutes! yes I had a keen watch on ola arrival time:P), the cabs are in ok condition, sometimes the drivers don’t on the AC but still drivers are trained and polite(very important).:)
You can even travel without any real cash, just by having digital ola money in your Account.
The customer service is also very fast and good.
The price is very reasonable and easy on pocket.:)
