I booked an ola cab on 28 june 2017, I also spoke to the driver to help him with the location. The driver mentioned that he will be there with us in a few minutes . However he did not turn up . When I tried to call him his phone kept coming busy . Assuming he could be trying to call us I kept my phone free for the next few minutes . But he did not call . In the meantime the app started to show that the cab is waiting at the destination and I am required to board it . Which was completely a lie as we can see 100 metres around our house . We wait for 30 minutes, and any further delay would cause us to be late to reach the airport and miss the flight . The OLA app by now send a message that the CAB had been canceled by the driver . In that situation I made another booking on the OLA SHARE and got a confirmation for the OLA driver. This time the Cab arrived after 10 minutes.
