I travelled for 6 km and they charged 370. This was not intimated before also the customer care executive didn’t tell me that he is booking for next 10 minutes.
Though I had booked it for after one hour. Some how we got ready on call from driver but we’re shocked when he asked for rs 370 and on calling to play cab they told that they had added 176 rs as peak time charge which was not informed to me at time of booking. I think they should work on the quality of service.
