I have been using uber since 2014 January and ola from 2015 January. When I first took a ride on uber, I was really surprised by the service and the type of cab they provide but the time has now been changed. Despite the rape charge from uber driver and molestation of a belgium lady in ola. Uber is quite convenient and the charge they apply are quite convenient for the passenger which is far better from a local taxi. Ola is also quite a same.
When ola was launched, I thought they won’t get into the end. Their drivers were unprofessional and really hard to rely on . The time hs now been changed. Ola has been improved a lot. If I hve to rate ola in term of service I will give them 7 and 8.5 for uber put of 10. But ola has really attracted the passengers by not increasing their fares by surge price.
I thought of taking a cab from gautam nagar to spg sector 8 dwarka in carpool and I was surprised with the difference of charges. Ola was charging me 140 and uber was charging 264.35. That’s quite of difference. Well it’s up to you guyz which cab u will choose. As for now, uber and ola has really changed the taxi services in india.
