Hello friends I live in pune and was on a trip in bangalore as I was not familiar with roadways I booked an ola cab to take me from majestic railway station to marathahalli which was about 15 kms away from station I booked the cab at 9:30 am and was waiting for the driver to arrive I called him to ask when will be he arriving to pick me up he said he is in traffic and will be there in 15 mins so I decided to wait but even after 20 mins he was just telling me that it would take more 10 minutes to pick me up from station so I got angry and decided to cancle the cab but ola fined me 25 rs for no reason after that I booked another cab which was nearby and picked me up in 5 minutes but he was not able to talk in good english or hindi so it was hard to have a conversation about the route.
It took me about 1 and half hour to reach marathahlli because of traffic and the driver was very careless in driving on one turn it was his fault he didnt give indicator for turning but still took the turn and another car driver was screaming on him for doing that and he was screaming back at him in his local language which was very loud and disturbing .
The 15 km ride was not at all comfortable as the driver was very rude and careless in driving also I was not able to get any info about the place I am visiting because he was not interested in telling me and ola charged me more money because it took more time in traffic it was supposed to be only 290 rs but ola to 80 rs more from me also 25 rs of cancelling first ride.
