For most of my short travel I used to travel with Uber but due to busy schedule, I tried Ola for once and that day I realized, how bad are they with their services!
I was at the Delhi international Airport and booked Ola which was dor the travel within the state. After I got the message from the company, the driver of the cab called me and asked for my exact location. As I made him understand about the tower location, he told me that it will take him around 15 minutes to pick me up. I was not in hurry, so I told him that I will wait for him. After waiting for like 20 minutes, I called him and that was the time things changed as he told me that it will take him another 30 minutes as he got stuck in the traffic and with an option to cancel the cab and book another.
That was the limit as I cancelled the cab and booked my personal favourite Uber and reached my location peacefully but after 2 hours, I got a mail and a message about my Ola trip and been charged around 1000 bucks.
Things got weird as when I called customer service and explained what actually happened but they choose to stay with their attitude and after many heated conversations, I did pay my balance as I dont want to be related with the company anymore.
Was the tour operator helpful - Not at all
Tour guide expertise - They need to learn from other companies.
Travel conveinience - 0 out of 10
I recommend to go for the best and dont be trapped by these companies as they want to earn some extra money which is usually by fraud.
