Lowest quality services from ola in jaipur. I feel pitty on myself to book ola now a days. I currently live in jaipur. My workplace is only one km from my residence. I always thought ola in jaipur will be good. I must stop here saying good, in reality they are pathetic.
Let me elaborate, its not a matter of one day or one auto whenever I book ola from my residence to office, post booking whenever I call the driver, first question they ask is where you want to go? I always provide correct drop location and driver replies are always, I’m coming within two minutes. After few minutes suddenly message hit my cell phone inbox stating YOUR RIDE IS CANCELLED. Oh freak! This is how you deal and service your clients?
Reason - If pickup and drop arr near they will not come because they need more money and kilometers.
Different reasons what I have heard over the phones when they cancel are:
I dont know the pick up location.( well we can locate you on maps, we do see how far you are.liars)
I cant come because I dont want to go ( then why are you associated with ola) .
Always gives thier location very far. ( these liars wont understand that how app select them, if they are far how application will book them. Never ever felt when I used ola at delhi.
Please refer to screen captures which clearly relects how frustating it can be if your ride is getting cancelled without prior intimation.
Reaching late to the office just because of these frustating reason is not acceptable. Its not only with me, I’m sure its with most of the customers. If you guys cant provide a service then its better to shut your business down. Sell it to someone who can manage it to customers expectations.
OLA guys you need to understand that the people you are hiring are representing your company. You are loosing your reputation big time now.
There is no option for ZERO RATING otherwise .!
