I booked OLA cabs several time but only few time It reaches to me on time. I would like to tell my experience that Once I booked OLA in night around 11pm I was getting late to my home It showed my 5 minutes time to reach me. I waited for minimum 10 minutes but no cab came, I called the driver he received and said that he is just coming in 3-4 minutes but he didn’t came for 10 more minutes. Then I again check the application and I found the booking was cancelled by driver. When I again tried to book it showed me a penalty charge for cancelling the last booking. Then I booked UBER cab instead of OLA and then I reached home.
Tour Guide Expertise of OLA is fine. OLA application show you the routes and fares that is all fine but the problem happening about the time they take to reach the pickup location.
Travel Convenience: Almost All the cabs are new and the drivers are good persons but It doesn’t mean everyone is good someone may not be good. So its matter of trust. Fare is not always convenient because sometime they charge high rates according to the distance. Wifi they provide is not so much good, you can just browse anything or navigate through maps.
Sometime tour operated may be helpful but not always, it may be happen that driver cancel the cab and you have to pay the fine.
I would like to say That every driver is not same. But OLA should improve their terms and conditions against drivers they are hiring.
