Earlier when I was using Ola cabs it seemed good, for any urgent spot visits I always preferred Ola cabs. After few bookings I started experiencing poor service by Ola cabs. Prices were hiked too high and made me feel uncomfortable to ride with Ola. Drivers I rode with were not professionals. They didn’t speak gently to me when I asked them how much they will reach my place. I thought may be he was a bad driver, later bookings as well I encountered by driver they are very rude and not properly trained, they don’t pick from the exact place of booking they argue and answer back rudely and sometimes without informing they cancel the ride.
