The only thing which I can say about ola is worst , I want to share one incident which I happened with me . I am talking about the initial days of ola . last year ola spreads his business in Jabalpur and ola was focussing on the use of its application uses, so they were ensuring that most of the bookings they will get from app . once my app was not working and I was in hurry to go to a place .
I called on Ola’s number and told them to book a cab for me I got an answer that due to technical problem we are unable to do booking from here , you must go to the app and do booking from there, same thing happens to me more than 6 times . I just want to say that if you are running a business you suppose to care about customers , so don’t fool people . if you want people to do bookings from app so you have not to provide call and book option . I will never recommend anyone to use ola cab.
