I personally like this desi cab service. Sometimes it serves better than other cab services company. During rush hours one may hardly find any surge charges. But some of the drivers deny their duty during heavy raining or if the pickup loaction is too far from the main road. Ola doesnt charge any cancellation fee. It charges a minimul fare but it varies citywise.
One of the greatest things about ola is Ola electric. Ola recently introduced it. Its minimum fare is little higher but it provides a number of facilities like Tab headphones etc.
Simply its just great to have India based cab facility like Ola!
