In dry weather itself if the driver feels the ride is not lucrative enough, he will cancel inspite of saying he is on the way.
Even worse, be wary if you are doing the airport booking in advance for that unearthly hour flight. Strong possibility the cab will not turn up and the allocated phone will not be answered.
I have been through every single hell OLA can dish out and am uninstalling the app as there is really no point in having something on your phone that serves no purpose and is only eating up space.
I wonder how many will go down this road and be vocal about it as OLA needs to feel the reverse heat and start to do some serious introspection on where and how to fix this issue before it’s too late to recover.
