Ola cabs are vast in India and the one of the big travel services in India. But it is not reached exact time.
My experience so many times faced time lag reached of Ola cabs. They are showed near to me but they are not come quickly. They are not able to know where my exact placement with using of GPS. They called again and again for my location. They take 30mints to 45mints at near to my place. The minimum fare of the fixed distance is good after that fare is huge fare for the how many km to travel.
This is my true experience by this Ola cabs. Some times they canceled my booked status. I am not satisfied about the customer services.
