I have been using ola for the past 3 years. lately, I have been hearing a lot of negative news about its services like indecent behaviour from drivers, profanity, poor service etc. from.my experience all these years I have face issues which is minor; like, arriving late for few minutes , driving fast at certain places and chewing pan or beeda. ola has to accept a crucial point which is , for any business customer is the sole revenue generater. when customers are happy , business runs smooth and companies make profit. so my kind request to ola is please address the customers issue first , look into feedbacks and work on it. then every customer is a happy customer !
