I travelled to a few places by using this Ola cab services. But, for the most of the times, I was crestfallen by their service. Now, I would like to point out those to make you understand how bad it was. So some of the things which made me never to choose it again are:
The estimated time to pick up was entirely from the the actual time to pick up. So I used to call him over and over again for his location. Moreover, he used to stay at the nearby place and without informing me, he used to start the journey by which he used to earn more money with the name of waiting charges.
The driving used to be rude, which was a big problem to the safety.
The drivers didn’t have the access to gps location. Moreover, he didn’t have the exact idea ’bout the locations. So he used to wind up the journey by taking to an unwanted location.
The estimated fare used to be different from the actual fare they collect at the end of the journey.
Sometimes, my account got interrupted albeit I didn’t do any impertinent thing.
So I don’t want to recommend these cabs for a better experience.
