This is for the concerned people
OLA cabs concept is clicked but without the improvisation none of the ideas in the market survives.
I can see OLA is failing in many aspects
Example : I was the regular user of OLA cabs but I don’t prefer it during any emergencies or whoever I want to pick up the time.
There was time I had even uninstalled ola app
Same with my colleagues, friends and family.
Literally one out of 3 people stopped using it.
If I want to count now almost 20-30 people stopped using ola
It’s bcz of the obvious reason
>Lack of reliance - every Ola cab driver first ask for the drop location even though in app u have made sure it won’t show up.
>They will waste time and cancel
>They will deny after knowing the drop location and wait for us to cancel by not showing up
>There is no review section for canceled rides so they speak so rudely
>Now a days they are scamming saying u cancel the ride we will pick u up directly and they will ask to pay directly to them
Not just one everyone does this so it’s a loss for OLA
Many are frustrated by this
I suggest being a product manager of other products I strongly feel
Monitoring / recording the call of the customer or Ola driver when the ride is booked will strongly eliminate this and you will also get loyal customers.
