I was at Juhu millennium club with my two years old daughter and booked a cab from there to thane. My booking was accepted and when I boarded the car driver Denied the service stating silly reason that break of his car might fail on long route. He cancelled the booking and asked me to take other option. I then books another OLA ride with driver called appasaheb, he denied service stating he is noton duty. I booked another OLA ride and same story. This all happened with me at 11.30 pm.
I finally took KAlipili.
REQUESt: I request women, families and people travelling with kids - please learn from my experience and DO NOT RELY ON OLA. Their drivers are no more different than the KAlipilidrivers and the rickshaw walas who deny services to Women, patients, senior citizens.
