Hello friends I would like to share my bad experience about ola cab.Their initiative are really appreciated but there are many disadvantages of using ola cab services.
Once I ordered Ola cab but they can’t tracked the real location of mine that’s why they called again and again on my mobile and it is was really irritating.Ola driver manipulated me and told that I am coming within 5 minutes and take almost 15-20 minutes to pick me.That’s why I didn’t reach at station on proper time.
This is not the first time that I faced these type of problems from ola cab.But ola authority didn’t take proper step to control this and ola driver is also shown sometime misbehaviour.So I recommend to pick up government vehicle if you getting late.
