It was 25th April nice sunny day in kolkata when I took a cab named ola for just about 4-5 kms distance from new town to nicco Park with my friend. The way the driver responded and took us to the destination was very ridiculous. He took long route instead of short one. They charged 173 rs and I shocked after knowing the fare. I recommend user not to go for ola in case of urgent as they took more time as well with costing more fare. You can’t trust on ola. Totally bad experience. High fares and disrupt service. I personally don’t recommend anyone.
