Recently I booked a cab. I am from Ludhiana. I was near cmc hospital and I booked a cab for wave mall. It is located on ferozpur road. The distance is about 9 km.
When the cab came I got in and I started my ride. The cab was on the way and he took twisted way I asked him what are you doing just take a normal way why are you taking your car in streets. He said this is the shortest distance. In actual it was the longer way and it took more time to reach your destination.
I said no its the longer way and it takes more time and I am getting late. I said just take the normal way because its longer and I have to pay you more.He said no I am not changing my way. I said what are you talking about? And you are talking so rudely. He continued driving and start arguing with me about the way. I stopped arguing and didn’t say anything. Driver was talking so rudely to me. I was very disappointed.
Finally I reached my destination. It costs me more than regular I pay. I said driver I am not gonna book ola cab ever and I am gonna report about you.
I suggested my friend never book ola. Just go for uber cab they give many coupons. I recommend you too dont book ola cab.
