Ola company is nothing but an organisation established to incur fraud with innocent consumers. I deposited some money in to my OLA money account few days back and since then I am not able to book the cab.
Despite raising 3 complaints with the company, nobody actually bothered to call me or rectify the situation. What’s worse is that they close my complaint request on their own.
Now, since I was so frustrated with the company services and don’t intend to avail taxi in future, I asked for the refund. To my surprise, company executive didn’t agree to their fault and said money can’t be refunded.
This is nothing but a clear case of mental and financial harrassment done by OLA. I wonder, how many people would have been cheated like this and their money would have been absorbed with ola through these means.
