Ola is one of the india’s largest cab services, it has many riders and drivers but its service is not as good as others.
I live in hyderabad, and here it has much drivers driving ola cabs, recently I have booked a ola cab and I noticed that it doesnot charge the riders according to its noted rates but charges more than the actual rates
Recently I have boked an ola cab in non peak hours and I travelled for aprroximate of 8 kilometers and the charge was 153 rupees, and when I trqvelled the same disrtance in uber cab it charged only 104 rupees, where as ola notes its charges s less than uber charges.
So I conclude that ola is charging more for riders and is untrustworthy service.
