I am regular user of ola cab. I see more issue which need to be resolved by the OLA team.
Every time I book cab, the ola driver will not report to us on time. When I call the driver, First question that they ask is where I need to be dropped. If the location is interesting to driver then only they opt for the drive else they have peculiar they are 5 KM away from the GPRS will show they are next street. When I ask them map show that your in next street they say that GPRS is not working properly.
Even though the drop location is interesting to driver then question that I will get whether I will pay the money as cash or by ola money. If I say ola money than driver will escape. So, no other go I need to say cash, if I need taxi badly.
There is no proper definition for peak time.Is it specific time or based on the availability of the cab. This need to be communicate properly to customer.
There is no offer for many time user in ola cab. Say I use ola 7 times in week, I am frequent user, I need to have some offer to use ola continous else there are many cabs that available today. This need to be consider by ola.
