OLA KOLKATA WING IS PROVIDING THE WORSE SERVICE.
With very bitter experience and harassment I am writing this notes. It is repetitive incident that from Kolkata OLA services, they are very mush used to cancelling the booking and put me with my family in a deadly situation. It happened today I booked a cab(CRN 99732266) starting the ride from 10.00 PM and just after 10-15 prior to the time they cancelled by booking. I was very tough situation with my family and a 2 years baby.
If you check my bookings the same situation already happened earlier 3 times.
So, it is my request Please be carefull on believing OLA booking they are very used to with cancelling booking. Pls don’t deppend Kolkata OLA services.
