Ola Cabs have just lower their reputation because of their expensive, non punctual and unfaithful services. Last week I booked a cab from the Ola cab app and called the driver. First of all he was so manner less and he did not know how to talk to a customer and he told me that he will come within in 10 minutes . I was in an emergency and I called him after 10 minutes and he said he has to take more 10 minutes. I waited for for 15 minutes and I just got super late and called him and he said he don’t want to come as he is very far from location and when I checked he was totally near me. I called him and told him that I will so complaint, he said do whatever and go to hell. That was the worst experience . Their behaviour is not good at all and it is also expensive in comparison with other cab companies. Don’t ever go for it.
