Waste of time

Ola cabs providing waste service. We booked so many times with Ola app. But they were not coming timely. They don’t have time sense. We receive booking confirmation, and some time after we receive cancel message. And Ola charging cancellation charges without giving any service. In the last month we need to go  for bus station. We booked Ola before the two hours bus time. Really we got head ache with Ola. The ride was booked but the driver was not ready to come. He called and telling some meaningless reasons. The driver only cancel the ride and Ola charged rs 75/- cancellation to me. When we book  for another ride Ola added this amount in the bill. I just shocked. Finally, after so many calls and bookings the cab was come before off an hour. We booked for mini and they send micro. The cab also not good. Inside the cab got some dirty smell. But what we do we don’t have that much to argue with driver. We asked about the cancellation but the driver was not answer anything.  Driver behavior and language were not good.  We were very lucky, that day bus was late because of some repair. Ola just making fools to passengers. Before this also we had so much bad experience with Ola. But that time I don’t have another option. Ola just looting money from the passengers. I don’t want to blame Ola. I just want, make good conversation with passengers and drivers too. Ola needs to give better training to drivers, how to speak and how to behave with passengers. Passengers also take care about their bookings. Just book the cab and sit relax, this is  not the way. We need to inquire about cab by calling directly to the driver. Otherwise, we only suffer finally.
