I booked OLA yesterday for my father as he has to go back to home. Th train was at 3:30 PM and I booked a cab at 2 PM. At first the app was showing that the driver is nearby but after 10 min. it showed that the cab will arrive in 20 min We were continuously trying to contact the drier but the number was not reachable. So I cancelled the cab at: 20 and booked another one. I called the driver and informed him about the pickup location. Then he asked where we have to go. I informed him that the destination is Delhi Railway Station and this time he disconnected the call and cancelled the ride.
It was a bitter experience from No1 ca service in india. Such kind of irresponsible behavior cant be tolerated. The screenshot is attached for the proof.
