Although the services provided by them are quite impressive as I have used ola 8-10 times and I haven’t faced any problem till now. The driver have always arrived within the time told by him and the car is always clean and confy. The drivers have always been good and generous. Ola also gives free rides if you ask your friends to install the app and enter your invite number which is also good.
