I would Love to share my horrible experience I booked a cab through the Ola cabs application was too slow for loading and getting hanged too on 4G network however I tried and booked the cab through app from andheri to bhayander booking was for 1.30pm afternoon I booked it around 1.pm as soon as I booked the driver called up where is the location was in versova driver was in lokhnadwala as soon as I informed he told iw wont be able to pick you up if want you can come nearest metro station I camed as soon I informed him I want to go bhayander he started giving me excuse till 1.50pm that I didn’t had lunch I want to fill cng I told him its bit urgent I need to reach he was not knowing the routes on the top of he was with very bad attitude and abusive thequality of cab was very old type. was really unhappy this time however I managed the cab driver and his driving was too fast and unsafe really disappointed wont book again.
