Very bad service from ola, i have book a cab on OLA using my free ride worth Rs200, booking number CRN 146405589. but the cab didnt not came. because of which I was about to miss my train, driver mobile was also not reachable, i waited and waited but cab didnt came.
It was goodness of my neighbor who took pain and drop me to the station on time it was just leaving the station.
very bad experience with OLA, they just give offer but cab never come on time,
