I had 400 rupees in my ola account. I have checked that my account had 400 INR( 3 COUPON 1; 200INR and other 2; 100INR) . They blocked my account for no reason and canceled my coupon! When I contact to company then said that your account was banned because for spamming the referral scheme!
I referred my 4 friends and they just canceled my account and blocked!
And I emailed them but no response was found!
The service center people suggested me to send an Email so I did!
The customer service is also too bad!
Once I had book ola and the meter came out to be x2 and they didn’t even inform me that it was on peak pick up timing!
They’ve a really bad service!
Please never book a cab on Ola!
