While using OLA cab kindly check the bill after every usage. Very recently they started adding toll charges even for travel with in the city. I have been using them for the past two years now very good service.
Yesterday alone I have used them for three times and all the three times they have charged me with toll charges for traveling with in the city. After calling them, they have refund the charge, so kindly check the bill.
