I had an horrible experience with ola cab today.
from almost one week they charged me 15% of my total bill amount extra as some peak hours charges. without even informing it during the booking instead of spending my money by calling the call centre.
there was no help extended they were not ready to agree to what I was telling them and instead me.
they pay the whole amount one of the representative went till the extent of telling that you have rendered the service so you are obliged to pay weather is the charge they also added with time charges where in the driver was 15 minute to my pic up.
To make the situation roast the driver was behaving very rudely he started treating me that you pay the money and get off and sort it out later with ola as it my cab and ola has nothing to do with it.
so I would never prefer ola for that.
