Cheaper rates than Autos
I have travelled by ola cabs many times in Chandigarh. Their service is almost up to the mark. Cabs are very clean and drivers are very good mannered. It takes a max of up to 20 Mins for the cab to reach the desired place from where I have booked my cab. Also the rates are also less as compared when I have to travel in autos.
But Ola has some insignificant issues also, sometimes driver denies duty and you have to cancel the booking and book a fresh cab. I would personally recommend OLA to everyone due to their good service and cheap rates
