Really really disappointed with their service. They always take booking, but never send the cab on time. Moreover, they keep saying that the cab will be there in 15 mins, but it never arrives. Have already suffered 3 times this week. Will never book with them again.
They don’t pre-assign the cabs. They just randomly allocate a cab that is located near the pickup destination around the pickup time. If a cab is not available nearby.
Well, your bad luck. Even if you have booked it 10 hours in advance!
