I have been a OLA user for about 2 months but the real thing that happened for first time that made me afraid and hate me of OLA is their punctuality.
I applied for ola at 7:15 am in order to go to airport as my flight was on 8:20 am. I waited for 20 min but there was no sign of any OLA driver. At last I just made a call to the driver in order to ask him about where he is now. What happened is the phone was not reachable.
I finally cancelled the ride as I doesn’t want to take any risk as I was having flight and it was 7:40 am.
And finally they charge me with 40 RS and I ordered another cab from another company.
So if you wanna take my suggestion then you may not try to use OLA cab.
