I have started avoiding OLA cabs now. You might agree that initially when OLA came to market he was more customer oriented but now I avoid reason being drivers behavior. They behave rudely, do not respect their passengers. When I am pooling the cab and cab drivers receive the booking even though if it on opposite way they have to go even though they don’t want too!.I started taking other cab service only because of these reason.
