I had been sing Ola Cabs for quite a long time but now I find that it lacks a lot of things. The phone app always need an upgrade and at times the taxi booked is too far from the location booked. I have faced such problem many times and it irritates when I need a taxi on urgent basis. And even at times the driver cancels the booking inspite of me waiting for them to arrive. I am not much happy with their service and I refer other services.
