I just wanted to share my ola cabs service. Ola cabs were when in lnitially starded but as days goes l have seen the services gone worst. I have few incidents where an inconvenience is caused to me few days ago l just travel with Banglore KR Puram railway station to evening around 10 o’ clock the distance is around 7 km but that it was showing rs. 160 and more where l got the local cab just had paid rs.70 .
Every day l used to get messages with offer code but l tried to apply it was not accepting and also its mantion up tp 7km just for Rs.60.
And one more day l went to lndra nagar near BDA complex l book the ticket till KFC signal it was showing rs. 75 but l arcs driver to drop me till video which is 500 m distance but he charge me rs. 60 extra and also he fought with me after that l have given the complaint to Cabs customer support but l did not get any resolution for that they just drop a message we will take action for further services.
I will not recommended until they improve the services.
