It's been multiple time come across with same situation like old driver comes to your location and deny for silly reasons - destination location is too far, more lagague, short distance, etc. Whenever I as customer cancel then 50 charges applicable why can't have a rule when driver deny duty then give 50 rupees credit ?
I had complained about those incidents however no change in driver behaviors. Even given low rating with comments did not help either.
