Idea was nice to launch online cab service booking through app. But the execution was not so great . Rates are high. Most of the places value of x are too much and unaffordable. Even most of the times cars are also not available. Those who make payment through electronic mode like paytm or debit card they face major problem while cancelling thier rides as thier amount usually deducted. And yeah sometimes drivers force us to cancel the ride. Too much lack of customer services.
